Tangy Pickled Pepper and Onion Relish

Ingredients:

1. 4 cups mixed bell peppers, thinly sliced2. 2 large onions, thinly sliced3. 1 cup white vinegar4. 1 cup apple cider vinegar5. 1 cup granulated sugar6. 1 tablespoon mustard seeds7. 1 teaspoon celery seeds8. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder9. 1 teaspoon salt10. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper11. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)Directions:1.
